Cancellation Policy

I am committed to providing the services I have agreed with my clients. I don't want you to miss out on receiving the services you want and need but acknowledge that 'life happens' and sometimes plans have to change.

My policy aims to:

  • Work with you to minimise the risk of cancellation of booked services.

  • Provide you with information about my committment in the event of a cancellation by me.

  • Provide you with information about your obligations in the event of a cancellation by you at late notice or upon my arrival at your location.

Cancellation by you.

  • For cancellations within 24 - 4 hours of the appointment time, a 50% fee will apply.

  • For cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment time, a 100% fee will apply.

  • For cancellations that occur as I travel to or arrive at your location, a 100% fee will apply.

You will not be charged a cancellation fee should you need to cancel and reschedule outside of the 24 hour period before your appointment. I will work with you to reschedule your booking within 5 days of your original appointment.

Cancellation by me.

I will contact you in the event that I need to cancel a booking and make every attempt to reschedule. Where possible, I will provide a minimum of 24 hours notice, however, where a cancellation is needed to due to personal/family illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will give as much notice as possible.

I will make every attempt to work with you to reschedule the booking for the earliest opportunity.

Termination of service provision.

Highway to Health is a small, family practice. I am not supported by large backers, nor can I spread losses amongst other entities to minimise the effects. If you repeatedly cancel bookings, this may result in your ability to book future appointments blocked and termination of any future service provision. If you are having particular difficulties, please contact me to work through solutions.
